Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using this website and purchasing any product(s) or services through Ever After Stationery, you acknowledge and accept that you are entering into a contract with us under the following terms and conditions. 

Copyright

All designs created by or with Ever After Stationery are the copyright and property of Ever After Stationery. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way without written permission from Ever After Stationery.

This applies to all designs, even if you have requested a Bespoke Order, or if you have in any way contributed to the design creation. 

We reserve the right to also use Bespoke Designs, or designs based on Bespoke Designs, in future Semi-Custom Designs. 

Ever After Stationery reserves the right to reproduce, photograph and/or publish any part of our designs for marketing and/or business-related purposes. This includes the right to photograph any designs that have been created for customers (including Bespoke Designs), and to use those photographs on website galleries, social media platforms, online directories, magazines, printed advertising and other places/mediums as determined appropriate by us. We also reserve the right to reproduce any designs created for customers, to be distributed as samples.

To request to opt out of this usage, the client must provide written instructions to Ever After Stationery prior to placing an order.

Quotes for Custom Designs

Custom quotes for Bespoke Stationery Orders are valid for 30 days. If you decide to proceed with an order after this time period, the quoted amount may have changed. Please confirm price with us via email before proceeding with your order if you’re unsure.

Deposits for Custom Designs

Once a Custom Design quote is accepted, we require a 50% deposit before proceeding with any custom stationery design work. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance must be paid in full in keeping with the Timeframes before print production can commence.

Payments

Payments must be made within the required Timeframes and via the approved method, as specified in the Invoice or otherwise by Ever After Stationery.

Currency & Pricing

All prices listed are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Supplying your Information

Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, we will send you a form via email to gather your invitation wording, and a template for guest list details if applicable. This information must be received within the required Timeframes. 

Design Proofs & Revisions

For our Semi-Custom Studio Collection stationery, two rounds of revisions are included, if required. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $75/hour or part thereof. 

For Bespoke Designs, two revisions to your design (original proof plus two sets of changes) are included, if needed. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $150/hour or part thereof. 

It is your responsibility to carefully proof read all text in the digital proofs supplied to you. Please take the time to check over your proof thoroughly and return any changes in one email as this is counted as your first round of changes. 

By approving your final proofs for printing, you are accepting full responsibility for the information, spelling, grammar and layout as shown in the final proofs. If mistakes are found after you approve the final proofs and your items need to be reprinted, you will be charged for the revision work, reprinting, postage/shipping, and any other reasonable expenses as determined by us.

Custom Designs

When ordering a Bespoke Invitation Suite, the price does not entitle you to receive any finished artwork file that we may have created for your order. The fee relates only to what is required to provide the printed Custom Designs to you (including design, administration, printing and shipping). 

If you require print ready/high resolution files as well, please discuss your needs with us prior to paying for your Custom Design as this may not be possible. All designs created by Ever After Stationery remain the sole property of Ever After Stationery.

Printing Variations

Print colours may vary slightly to those viewed on screen. We recommend purchasing a Sample Pack so you get a better idea of the coloured paper stocks we work with, and the ink colours we utilise to compliment them. 

The colours shown in our Colour Theme Studio Collections and Sample Packs are a guide to the shades we have available. Printed samples and printed proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. We work with some of the best printeries in Australia to ensure consistently high quality finished products. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault.

Due to the variable nature of digital printing, sometimes there can be subtle differences between separate print runs. If you are printing items that will be displayed next to each other (such as menus and place cards), we recommend ordering them at the same time to reduce the chance that there is a variance (even if minor) in colour.

Stock Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare occasion of a stock being unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and discuss alternative materials or designs with you.

Personalising Invitation Wording

Any invitation wording can be changed to suit your personal style and taste, however the amount of wording used will be limited to the constraints of the design. We will let you know if there is simply not enough space to fit the information you require, and will work together with you to find a creative solution (such as an additional or double sided details card). 

Fonts

Each of our Studio Collection fonts have been carefully chosen to suit the specific style of the invitation design. If you would like an alternative font, we recommend that you fill in our Custom Enquiry Form and we can create a bespoke design that incorporates your preferred font style. Please do not ask us for the names of fonts that we have used. We do not disclose font types under any circumstances to protect our creative work and future print revenue.

Custom Map Illustrations

If you would like a custom map illustration on your Bespoke Design, you will be required to supply us with a screenshot of the map location and highlight any landmarks or details you would like included. For example, roads, rivers, venues, beaches, accommodation, nearby towns, etc.

Client Testimonials

We love receiving testimonials from our clients! By placing an order with Ever After Stationery, you are agreeing to any images of your stationery and/or feedback sent/received via email, written note, social media, telephone or made public may be published on our website, social media platforms, and any other medium we may consider appropriate, including (but not limited to) newsletters, blogs, emails, magazines, external sites, and marketing material.

Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

If you send us comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions (whether online, verbal, written, or via email), you agree that we may at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions in confidence; pay compensation; responds; or attribute.

You acknowledge and agree that your comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions to us will not violate any right of any third-party. 

You further agree that your comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of this or any related website or device. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties. You are solely responsible for any comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments, feedback, creative ideas, suggestions or any other submissions made by you or any third-party.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website, social medial channels, made publicly available, or within our direct communication with you, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service provided to you or on any related website or communication, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. We are not liable or responsible for any loss, damages or other similar outcomes that occur from relying on the information we put out. 

Any information on this website that appears as advice should always be construed as general advice only, and may not be applicable to you or your situation. 

Timing & Delivery

Please refer to our “How It Works” page, as well as our Timeframes information and Shipping Policy.

Loss, Damage or Delay

Ever After Stationery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once orders have left our premises. We carefully check, count, assemble (if required) and package all items ready for delivery. We will always take care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used.

We can also not be held responsible for any delay with shipping on any other factors beyond our control.

Uncontrollable Events

Sometimes there may be events that are beyond the control of Ever After Stationery that may affect your order being completed or received. This may include shipping delays or strikes, printing delays or strikes, major weather events and other similar events over which we have no control. Ever After Stationery cannot be held responsible for delays, costs, or other impacts that result from such events. 

Website Usage

Use of this website, is done at your own risk. Ever After Stationery is not responsible, and cannot be held liable, for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of using this website or any service related to, or provided by, Ever After Stationery. 

Definitions

“Bespoke Design” / “Custom Design” means a unique design created by us, based on your specific requirements or preferences.

“Bespoke Invitation Suite” means a full range of stationery and/or signage items that are created especially in keeping with your specific design requirements or preferences.

“Bespoke Stationery Order” / “Custom Stationery Order” means an order where you have chosen to have us create a unique design based on your specific requirements or preferences. This may be for a wedding or other event and can include stationery and/or signage items.

“Colour Theme Studio Collections” means a range of range of different colour palettes that we have created to assist our clients when ordering from our Studio Collection of Semi-Custom Designs.

“Invitation Suite” means a group of items that make up your invitation, including but not limited to, invitation, RSVP card, details card, envelopes, etc.

“Order Information” means the information you provide to us for your order, including name, contact details, payment details, and event details.

“Sample Pack” means a package of sample card stocks and stationery examples that we have created, that are available for purchase to assist our client’s when ordering Semi-Custom or Bespoke Stationery from us.

“Semi-Custom Designs” means a stationery or signage design that already exists within our Studio Collection, where customisation is limited to wording (including names, dates, and event details) and colour choices.

“Semi-Custom Stationery Order” means an order where you have chosen an existing design by us, and customised it with your own wording and choice of colours, paper stocks and possible upgrades or add-ons.

“Semi-Custom Studio Collection” means the full range of pre-existing designs offered by us.

“Timeframes” means the timing requirements and periods as set out in our Timeframes section, as required for Ever After Stationery to provide services and products to you.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions from time to time. This page will always display the most current version. It is the client’s responsibility to check this page periodically for any amendments.
